Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused Ass Savers products back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
